About the Journal

Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Advantage, eISSN 2597-8888, established in 2017, is a peer-reviewed academic journal published biannually (June and December) by the Department of Management, Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Widya Gama Lumajang, Indonesia in collaboration with Indonesian Forum of Management. The journal is dedicated to advancing knowledge in the field of management by publishing high-quality empirical and theoretical research that provides significant contributions to both academic scholarship and managerial practice. The journal aims to serve as a platform for disseminating innovative ideas and contemporary issues in management, including but not limited to human resource management, financial management, marketing, operations, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. Emphasizing methodological rigor and theoretical contribution, Jurnal Ilmu Manajemen Advantage has served authors from various countries, such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Australia and Gambia.
